Are you fully insured and a registered caterer?
Yes, we are fully insured and all staff have at minimum a current Level 2 food hygiene and health & safety qualification. We pride ourselves on having the best standards, ensuring the best produce and food handling.
How do you deliver?
Our products are handmade daily and are fragile, therefore not all items are suitable for overnight courier delivery and need to be hand-delivered. We hand-deliver within the M25. If you are outside of the M25 we are able to send certain hampers & boxes with our overnight courier, please check items on our shop to see where possible.
Overnight Courier
We don’t deal with delivery logistics for overnight deliveries, therefore once we ship our products, if any issues or problems occur, it’s the customers responsibility to resolve directly with the courier. Please note that within the overnight parcels industry it is an accepted business risk that a very small percentage of consignments fail, incidents of late delivery and misroutes (via a third party) are more common than those of a same day courier service especially those that are of a time-critical nature. It is not our responsibility to ensure that parcels arrive on time. Our delivery packaging guarantees items will remain food safe for 48 hours. Customers are advised to remove the products from their packaging and to refrigerate products ASAP after receipt of delivery.
Event & Catering T&Cs
We require allocated parking outside of venues for delivery & pick up. All drop off & set ups will be done as close to the time of your event due to fresh produce used -if using grazing boards these can be kept refrigerated. An event deposit will be taken, incase of any breakages or missing items. We ask for on pick up days all items to be left together. If items have not been left visible we will ask for them to be couriered, or taken from the deposit.

Do you cater for dietary requirements, allergies, vegetarians, vegans, halal, GF and others?
We are able to cater to requirements, but it is always best to check in with us first as we usually need a slightly longer notice time.
When will my order arrive?
If your order is being hand delivered we aim to deliver by 4pm. If you need your order by a specific time please add on at checkout the delivery upgrade fee. If you order is being sent with our overnight courier we are unable to offer delivery windows, specific delivery time requests will incur an additional fee. We use reliable couriers, but we are not in control of external factors such as traffic and travel diversions. We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.
What if there is no one to receive the product?
Delivery will be attempted by the driver. If no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbour. Failing that, delivery will be left in a safe place. This is because all our products contain fresh produce & cannot be couriered back to us. We are not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
